Hooray for me!!!

Well I had finally received that cursed letter from ACAD. I GOT IN!!! whoo hoo for me ^__^ I start my first class on January 6th at 9:30 am. Im really looking forward to attending this school. One of the Instructors actually wanted me to sit in her class one day, just so I get a feel for it. It was honestly the most fun time I have ever had in a school building. It was nice being around people who I could share my passion with. Actually I ran into and old friend in the class as well so that was a nice surprise. ^___^ Only bad news is that my computer that I bought may not be enough for the classes I will be taking in second year...Owell we will see, if my girlfriend buys this one Ill ante up and buy the highest end 15" Macbook Pro...that better be enough...Either way, Im glad I have been able to get my life in order. I took just over a year but hey, a year to sort myself out, or a lifetime to regret not doing it. So in the mean time I'm going to see If I can find a part time job that will fit my life well. I would like to save up enough money to be able to go to Japan and meet my fiance's parents next summer. But we shall see how life goes. Oh I will also post a few pics that are from my portfolio. Eh.....thought I had more to talk about than this....owell. Im gonna go draw now...

You know, this is going to sound very weird, but here goes: I visited Shonen's site yesterday, took a peek at the guest book and saw you were mentioning me and Fabian (I'm Teresa :3), and got curious - we all know women are curious by nature!

Could it be that you're part of the "old guard" of Shonen's fans? I don't remember your name, but then again; my memory is pretty bad!

Just my usual curious self, really. :D

Hehe, it's because I rarely use MSN nowadays (I'm usually on Skype talking to my boyfriend). I'll need to get used to it again, though: I'm going to move to England soon, and since most my Italian friends are on MSN, I'll need to remember to log in to it, if I want to keep in touch...

Just out of curiosity, what was the name you went by at the time, then?

OH well thats not bad I use Skype too! Mostly for chatting with my girlfriend when she's on one of her frequent trips to Japan to visit her parents. What is your Skype name? I will add you. And are you even sure that you have me on your MSN anymore? hahaha. Its really good to hear from you again. Actually I was going through my old MSN contacts a little while ago and I saw your name sitting there. I thought to myself "hmmm I wonder how she is doing" Strange how things turn out sometimes. What are you going to England for??? Art?? Or "Boyfriend-Relocation"? (Im just guessing ^^) Oh well at the time I think I went by "Haru Urashima". Hahahaha Actually I forgot about that name. (Memories ^^)

Hmm, no - I don't see you in my list on MSN. Could it be you were the one who was planning on submitting a comic to Tokyopop and had a Japanese girlfriend? You must have ended in my MSN purge (I had a lot of names I never saw on-line and I couldn't place at all, at some point).

I'm moving to England because I managed to get hired by a game company in Lincoln for the Italian QA and localisation of their games. Although, I obviously started looking for a job there to move nearer to my BF.

As for MSN/Skype, I'll have to log-in more often, or I won't be able to talk to my friends back in Italy, so we will possibly see each other at some point. Although, it also depends on the time-zones. (sorry, I only use Skype to talk to my boyfriend, so I never give it away :P). I'll have to re-add you, though!
